If you need an inexpensive RV, boat, trailer, and car storage space, LeBlanc RV and Mini Storage is the place for you. With plenty of outdoor parking spaces, our facility is perfectly fit to store the largest RVs and boats in between family road trips or boat rides. Do you need tips on how to prepare your vehicle for storage? A manager is just one phone call away and willing to answer any questions you may have. For convenience, each of our storage lockers are drive-up accessible, making it easy to load and unload items on move-in day or during regular visits. Back your moving truck or car right up to your roll-up unit door.
We maintain a secure facility with an updated and modern security system including a number of video cameras monitoring your RV or boat 24/7, automatic security lights, 6-foot chain-link fences with barb-wire on top, a security gate with keypad entry, and on-site management. - Head north on Frazier Lake Rd toward CA-152 W
- Continue on CA-152 W. Take US-101 N to Murray Ave in Gilroy
- Turn left onto CA-152 W
- Use the right lane to merge onto US-101 N via the ramp to San Jose
- Take exit 357 for Leavesley Rd/CA-152 W
- Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto CA-152 W/Leavesley Rd
- Continue on Murray Ave to your destination
- Turn right onto Murray Ave
- Turn right onto Las Animas Ave
- Slight left

From Morgan Hill, CA:
- Get on US-101 S from Butterfield Blvd and E Dunne Ave
- Head northeast on E Main Ave toward McLaughlin Ave
- Turn right onto Butterfield Blvd
- Turn left onto E Dunne Ave
- Turn right to merge onto US-101 S toward Los Angeles
- Follow US-101 S to CA-152 W/Leavesley Rd in Gilroy. Take exit 357 from US-101 S
- Merge onto US-101 S
- Take exit 357 for Leavesley Rd/CA-152 Wtoward Gilroy
- Take Murray Ave to your destination
- Use the right lane to turn right onto CA-152 W/Leavesley Rd
- Turn right onto Murray Ave
